Scopevia Sign
Companies send a saved proposal for signature. Customers review and sign in their browser, without installing Scopevia or creating a signing account. Company and customer signatures are recorded, and the completed PDF is provided to both parties.
This domain hosts the Aloha Secure signing pilot. To review a specific proposal, open the private signing link in your invitation email.
Optional Google Drive connection
A company owner can connect a Google account to link selected PDFs, Google Docs, and images as reusable email attachments, or to archive completed signed proposals in an authorized Drive folder.
Scopevia requests the limited drive.file permission. It accesses files selected for Scopevia and files or folders it creates; it does not request access to every file in your Drive. Linked Google Docs can be exported to PDF, and refreshed copies are cached for email delivery.
Google account identifiers, selected-file references, and authorization credentials support this connection. Credentials are kept on the backend. Installers use company-approved features without receiving the owner's Google credentials.
